We disclose nonpublic personal information about you to Certified Public Accountants, Brokers, Attorneys, clearing houses, mutual fund companies and insurance companies only when you direct us to communicate with such companies on your behalf. In these situations, we disclose only the information that is necessary to complete the transaction or to service your accounts with such persons or companies.

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information that we collect about you to a non-affiliated third party if required by law, or if we ever engage in a merger or sale of our business, and the disclosure is necessary to complete such a transaction.

If you are no longer a client of ARPS, we will not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except under your direction.
