ARPS takes a high touch approach to plan design. Every client is different, and we don’t believe it a set it and forget it design. As your company grows and changes, so should your retirement plan.

Plan design begins with a consultation in which the client’s goals are identified, and the appropriate plan concepts are presented for review. Upon plan type selection, our clients are offered a multitude of options. Once a choice is selected, it becomes the basis for preparing all Plan Documents, including employee notifications and the Summary Plan Description.

To our prospective clients with existing plans, we provide a review of current plan specifications alongside employee demographics and make recommendations for plan improvement.
